I need a 292 block or engine to rebuild. If it has been rebuilt before, max of 40 over. Just rebuilt my boat engine and there's a pin hole in cylinder 3. Central FL is best.

May be worth getting bore thicknesses checked, i assume you are running in salt water?
If the other bores are ok, it may be cost effective to just get that one sleeved.
312 is a 292 @ +.050, so plenty of oversizes to go.
Good looking engine, hard to change plugs though?

You might want to go ahead and sleeve this one. That is what is called an "inclusion". It's a piece of something else trapped in the metal when it was poured 50 odd years ago. Very likely the only one you'll find. It was partially uncovered by the tool when it was bored. Looks as though there's plenty of cylinder wall thickness left.
