                Fellas, 
 I have checked my stash and I have no more of the smaller O-rings and washers for the secondary tubes on this ECK 1955 Holley Teapot I am rebuilding. I have purchased 2 different carb kits and both of them had ONLY the 56 larger size O-rings and washers. Historically I have been able to purchase kits that had BOTH sizes included but I really don't want to buy any more kits and the companies want to charge me at least 8.95 shipping for an item that is only a buck or two. 
 Does anyone out there have a set of those 4 O-rings and washers for those secondary tubes?

                Dan, if all else fails, the o rings are probably available at you local (Good) parts store.

 O-Rings are identified by inside diameter (I.D.), cross section (C.S.) which is how thick the rubber is, and material.  There is also a scale for how hard the rubber is but that is only used in high pressure systems.  Measure your O-Rings or take one with you to the store to get a new one. Material: stay away from buna N rubber as they do not work very well with gasoline.  Use Viton if you can.  Hope this helps.

                Daniel.  I’ll send you the O rings and washers for the ’55 Teapot carburetor using the address posted above. I use the Daytona carb kits for the Teapots which are supplied with both O ring sizes. As a result, I’ve ended up with extra sets of the smaller O rings and washers that I don’t use very often.  These are ethanol compatible and are a better quality O ring than is seen in most Teapot carb kits.  Don't worry about sending me any money as it's only a postage stamp on my end.  My email address can be found at www.eatonbalancing.com  under contact information if you need to contact me directly.                 Thank you Ted - the durability of the O-rings are the real issue here so I would feel more comfortable with those than having something unknown off the shelf. I have purchased from Daytona in the past, but my elder friend (almost twice my age) was swearing up and down that this other company was good enough, etc. I should have just said, "I'll buy my own kit"... but I really did not want to end up trading for his. Lesson learned. Those O-rings are critical as you know for that is one of the weak links of the teapots and how they are prone to leak of course. I do appreciate it, and so will my buddy Wayne down in Salem, Virginia.

                Daniel - Surely someone has done this before - but when you get your hands on one of the rings, carefully measure the ID and crossection diameter. Then maybe we can cross reference a commercial part. Caterpillar and other equipment companies have some "high tech" rubber parts they catalog (fuel and heat resistant for instance) and SOMETIMES we can get lucky and find a better part.

                Ok here are the measurements from the guys at NAPA on the ECK (and all other 55 and earlier Holley 4000's) secondary O-rings... ID 5/32  OD 9/32  and 1/16" thick. Daniel JessupEDIT: Here are a few photos of the carburetor before it goes out...
