John is still in business and the best way to contact him is by telephone. 619-596-0312. By your time stamp suspect that you are outside the US. Perhaps you can get him through this site. It says he was active earlier today (26-02-2014).

To call the US from Aust, dial international connection 0011 them the country code which is 1 then the number = 0011 1 619 596 0312 for JM.

Just check the time differences first.

I've never encountered a minimum and John has never mentioned it, and I have made a number of purchases, mostly in the $200 to $350 range.
