I have one flange I cut off a 292 hedder pipe. I need another to weld on my Reds Hedders. Thanks G.S.

Have you checked with a local muffler shop. That should be a common flange for a shop.

Inside ID 1 3/4" not so common. Lots of 2" and up, found a supplier in CA, called MEGS, that has 1 3/4" 2 bolt flange, but does not list hole spacing. Price about $12.00 each plus shipping. I will call them. Thought I just soon pay a Y-Blocker than a vender.

I had the same problem a when I put the rams horns on. We cut the flanges off of a crossover pipe in order to make the exhaust. It seems like someone was reproducing them shortly after.

I have a crossover pipe that I cut the flanges off but the ID is about 1 5/8" which can be opened up. What bothers me is the flange surface is smaller than the gasket and may leak.

I don't recall how mine was, but a 2" pipe was installed. The gasket sealed but I don't remember how the flanges compared. If you have time, I might be able to look at them in the next couple days.

Charlie, take a look at this picture.

It looks like there are at least 2 sizes of crossover pipe.

The one I used had a 1 7/8" pipe. The flanges are about 2 1/2" by 3 3/4"
Red's makes car headers which mount to stock pipes. Maybe they'll have flanges.
