All Ford Y-Blocks use the same crank flange pattern so in that sense, all are interchangeable. However, different size clutches were used for some so the pressure plate pattern could be different. Also, because of the interchangeability, it can have anything in it right now so the only way to know what you have with certainty is to pull it apart.

Charlie, by chance do you know if the weights are the same? At least for cars and light trucks?

I don't know. I'm pretty sure they are the same weight.
