This is a q-u-a-l-i-t-y set-up. Not mine; known the owner since the early '70s; he owned the car this came off before I knew him. IF I needed a dual quad set-up for an automatic '57 'Bird or if you did, I'd recommend it unconditionally. Not a fix-'em-up project. Complete, No disappointments, No surprises. ALL original Ford parts. Everything correct... throttle linkage, carburetors, fuel lines; valley pan, air cleaner, 'E' ignition distributor. No reproduction components from anyone. Does not have the garbage can fuel filter unit.

Nice setup. Chrome on the air cleaner is not correct but the rest looks right. Air cleaner was Argent. The hold downs are really hard to find. Would like to have a set.

Have been told that the 'E' 'Bird intake manifold hold down 'clam shells' are identical to those used on '54 Ford 239 and '54 Merc 256 engines...
Hope this helps, Slumlord.
