I have one of those tools, possibly a Mac brand.  When I was running stock head bolts I used that tool.  Since I have gone to 1/2" head bolts with 3/4" hex, the tool no longer works.  So now I just pull the rockers off, it's no big deal.

I saw on ebay there  is the tool for a 3/4 hex head.
