What has happened, I used to be able to break up messages into paragraphs for readability, but now it clumps it all back together when I post it.

I tried a few things and it worked each time. See if anything changes by doing Shift and Enter at the same time. Try a different browser or computer to see if anything changes.
To your question, what has happened. We're not sure, but something. Jim's still working on it.

What has happened, I used to be able to break up messages into paragraphs for readability, but now it clumps it all back together when I post it.
In regards to paragraphs, something happened around Nov 15-16 that corrupted the sites forum code. Jim has been made aware of this and is waiting on the programmer to look at the problem.
On my end, hitting the enter key twice seems to help in putting a space between paragraphs.

I received a patch file from the software manufacturer today, it has been implemented and the formatting functions are back.

I click on the 'add picture' icon and nothing happens.Also, the 'preview' pane, which was there a few hours ago, has disappeared again.
