Hi there, newbie here and my 1st post! I drive a 1957 Ford Courier with power rack/pinion steering, power disc brakes,272c.i. with Crane cam and solid lifters,MSD ignition,Blue Thunder alum. 4 barrel manifold,Road Demon 525 carb,Red's headers into 2 1/2" exhaust to Flowmaster mufflers exiting at rear bumper and back by a BW 4-speed and air conditioninNow here's my problem : the R&P was installed with no concern for steering geometry,it's like driving a 59 Caddy with no front shocks! The front end wallows back and forth and up and down and the tires are going everywhere and if your on a medium ruff road the tires make little chirping sounds as they make contact,if you approach a stop sign normally and apply the brakes it sounds like your making a panic stop and locking up the front tires! I looked under the front end and the rack is mounted below the engine craddle and the arms are going up at about a 45 degree angle when sitting in the drive. Can this rack be fixed or should I rip it out and and install a new one? If a new one, does anybody recommend or know of any manufacturer of a power rack for a 57 Ford.Flaming River makes one for a 57 Bird but I think a regular frame is wider. Rick Wurth of Wurth It Design has disappeared from the internet and his phone has been disconnected so I can"t order a bolt in from him! So does the forum have any suggestions? Thanks for any help.   SKIP

Brodie,  Rick Wurth's web site is still up but if you call the number listed (970) 434-7123 they tell you that it's no longer in service and no other info is available. I no he's had a heart attack earlier but he hasen't up dated his site to let customers know what's happening with him or his business. If you check a couple of web sites there are a few people who are concerned with being charge for his kit to their credit cards but no delivery as of yet and no way to get a hold of him. Others state that it took almost a year to get all their parts after being told it would take only 35 to 45 days before shipment. I know he produces a good kit because every one who's installed it raves about it but needs better customer relations and service to  quell some bad press.  SKIP
