Has anyone used leaf spring helpers on their mid 50s Fords. I need just a little help in the back at the current height that I'm running. If so, pic would be nice. Gary

Are you having a problem with the drive shaft hitting on bumps or bottoming out? I used the add on coil springs that fit around the shocks. Didn't change the ride height but added some stiffness to the springs. I believe they are called load levelers. The ones I'm familiar are a kit with the springs and clamps to put on your existing shocks. They look something like these I found on EBAY. Chuck

What about the gas filled shocks or adjustable air shocks?

Last week I put a set of KYB KB5517 shocks with shock extenders on, they're working ok I think, a lot better than it use to be. New springs with supposedly 1" drop in them, I'm thinking a lot more than that, just would like a little more security, big thing is, the driveshaft isn't bottoming out anymore!
