I don't know if they make a conversion kit for a 57, but I have had good luck with electric conversion kits from New Port Engineering.

I used a Tri-5 Chevy wiper motor on my 57 Ford. A bolt in installation & you can use the original cable & switch. All you need to do is run a fused 12v feed to the motor from the ignition switch. I'd like to find a 59 Ford wiper motor also but they are hard to find & like the Chevy wiper motor, expensive.

Does anyone know ifa Comet/Falcon wiper motor is the same as the b ig car motors?
Dan, I visited a little antique mall in Kingman and I think the owner had a Willys gasser coupe and possibly an interesting Ford...Does that sound right?

I used a '57 chev electric motor/assembly on my '57 MKII, just bolted in where the vacuum system was, worked perfect.
I have one if u cant find one locally.
