Sponsored by Mooneyes and held at the Irwindale Speedway in Irwindale, CA this past Saturday.

Great show! Got to see Tim's FED and Rocky Phillip's twin SBC front engine dragster as well. Though not a Y-block, he's a pretty cool guy and handles the Eagle Field Dragstrip.

Sorry i missed the dragster runs as i was taking a lunch break and didnt get back to the starting line fast enough. i missed out.

Sorry I missed the Mooneyes event. I raced it last year with my Model A coupe. The FED looks cool! How did it run? I also liked the "A" coupe. You can find a picture of my coupe in the Dec. issue of Car Kulture Delux mag on page 10-11. It has a Cleveland motor but am working on a Y-block for it. I'm trying to organize the first West Coast Y-block shootout at Barona Drag strip on May 4-5th. Hope you can make it. There is a Fun Ford weekend at Bakesfield on the same weekend. Would this be a conflict for you? I haven't made it to Eagle field yet.
