How you get the Idler arm off? It appears that the bushing is threaded on the outside in the opposite direction of the arm itself. Does this mean I need to get the arm loose from the frame first. Them unscrew the arm from the link and do the same to the other side that's in the mount that goes to the frame. I hoping I answered my own question. I just need to be sure. Thanks in advance

Pretty much right on. one handy hint is to loosen nut on the drag link end first, then remove frame brkt, then unwind as you mentioned. i allways grease threaded parts when refitting and take note not to screw the arm all the way in as to bottom out in nut, as the arm needs to swing left and right when steering is turned, Smile

Thanks Bill. That is actually how I did it. All is good. Good thing I stopped when I did the impact was about to come out. Smile
