Hey guys, I'm looking for a unmodified transmission crossmember (the piece that bolts to the frame and the mount bolts to it). Don't know what happened to mine over the years but it was modified at some point and it does not fit properly. The angle of the ends don't even match the angle of the frame. 
Don't know if it matters but the car has a manual trans. Anybody know if there a difference?
I was going to try and "unmodify" this one but I thought I would try and find one first.

I have a 54 automatic crossmember if they are the same? 15.00 plus freight?

I have a trans crossmember that fits either a 55 or a 56 ford sedan or vic,the sunliner is different.The stick and auto trans have the same part number so i assume they are the same.If you are still needing one send me a PM Carl Lynn

Gerry, not sure if '54 and '55 frames are the same?? Thanks for the offer, tho.
