This is all very tounge in cheek, but like all stories there is a little truth, we as Aussies do like to take the pi*s

If there is anything you don't understand let me know and I'll translate Tongue    Maybe you know this one. "Yeah I glassed 'im" = Smashed a beer glass and slashed his face.

I live in a great city. BigGrin

Hi Talkwrench. I've spent some time in Australia so I know the Aussies have a slang term or abbreviation that usually ends in "ie" for virtually everything that exists in the world but sometimes I take a guess at what it means. For example is a "cussy" a Customline? Thanks

Yeah maat-ee .. That does vary as different places around Australia it gets real bad. Very country BigGrin.

You know what shocked me. During our football grand final we had an Australian country and western singer do our national anthem, he sung it in an American accent ..what the ???!!

Hey Talkwrench, I like the stance on your car. Do you remember how much you lowered it? Thanks

The avatar photos was taken when it was still in the US. Had three inch lowering blocks in the back and the previous owner just "gassed" the front springs.. [making them like a banana]. Looks great but way to low, having people in the car, servicing etc ..to hard. I now have 1 1/2" blocks in the rear and the front to match see here you'll see the car behind our club sign
