A while back a link showed up to Ace in NZ, I think for their Mercury cast covers. I had them do a custom gauge panel for me, sent them a drawing by email, and got it back as cast. Looks pretty good, I'd use them again. Make your own call on pricing, but I'd look hard at the Merc covers if I had a use for them. All went thru PayPal, and shipping delivery after it was done was about a week to Seattle for a small package.
