Anybody know anything about this? Great job on a turbo install. http://www.bangshift.com/blog/SEMA-2011-Oddly-Cool-Stuff.html

"How about a Ford Y-Block that has been stroked and now wears twin turbos?! No horsepower numbers are available on this one, and we have not seen the owner, but we are thinking that this is the most powerful Y-Block engine in the world."
They might be surprised.
It looks like it might have an Eaton Balancing electric water pump setup and an innovators west damper. I have a feeling someone here may know something about it. And 2 4s! Very cool.

OK someone is holding out on us! Charlie, you are right that looks like one of Ted's waterpumps and dampers. What gives Ted?

Not a nice tag to put on our engines - OBSOLETE!
They are a bit behind the times. A bit like the episode of Desert Valley Kings when they said a Y block was junk. You would have to throw a lot of money at it and it still wouldn't perform. How wrong they are.
Got off my soapbox now, what a great bit of engineering. Looked to me like it was in a pale blue pickup.

Looks like the engine was built by Pops Performance, I've seen some of his engines on ebay.

Glen Henderson (11/4/2011) OK someone is holding out on us! Charlie, you are right that looks like one of Ted's waterpumps and dampers. What gives Ted?That is indeed one of my electric pump designs. Dave Timm at 2 Brothers Custom Trucks got the first one I had available with the adapter that mates the new style electric drive to the ‘older electric drive’ housing. The truck turned out looking really great and when considering how fast that truck went together, even more phenomenal.

Ted, do you happen to know more about the engine and how strong it is?

Seppo. Afraid I don’t have any specific details on that particular engine.
