1955 Ford F-100 4x4

Hey guys;

I have the opportunity to buy this truck, but I'm not sure if Ford made a factory 4x4 set-up in 1955. I haven't gone to see it yet, it's about 1 hour away. If it could be original, it's a good deal.

I think Marmon Harrington made 4x4's with the old Fords. They seem to be a bit rare. Chuck
