Crossover pipe for '59 Ford?

Isn't that odd or am I missed something (again).

The crossover pipe was standard on the 2V versions regardless of year, trucks too.

Not always, station wagons had duel exhaust with 2v carbs.

I had no crossoverpipe and factorymade-looking(and narrow) Y-pipe between the transmission and engine and single exhaust, but maybe system have changed during decades.

I must dig those manifolds from somewhere and check the codes.
