Greatest time on earth, Many many making the 200 mph club and the guy trying for the record on a motorcycle broke it by a long shot from 274 to 311mph.

One guy from West Virgina came by our fire and asked us if anybody fell in the fire yet, I said no and he said well you guy's don't know how to party then.  I told him I worked in west virgina once and asked him if he knew how they celebrated holloween there, he said no so i informed him that they Pump-Kin, he got a kick out of that and came back to ask me to refresh him on it the next day. He said he was going for the record with a sidecar, he was shooting for 218 (what a nut) but he had a fuel problem, ran lean and burned a piston.

a mid 90's thunderbird with 3.8 V6 with a 4.2 crank amnd turbo had several records posted on the window, he ended up going 210mph. I couldn't believe it.

Sorry no Y's but I wore Y T shirts all weekend and would love to run one next year.

Lots of neat Flatheads though.
