Well I do get letters from AARP, but I don't quite qualify yet (47).  I did have the Prudhomme and Mcewen Hot Wheels when they came out. Wink

After giving it some thought, I should of said "Some of us older guys"  I'll be 62 on the 12th of August, and yes i have gotten enough mail from AARP that would kill off a large forest.

I don't know how they did it but I got my first application to join AARP 3 days after I turned 50. 

Good lord but that was a long time ago!!

I went to my 50th high school reunion last Saturday and upon arrival I first thought I had the wrong place, there was nothing but old people there.

AARP - is that the American Asociation of Rod Pilots?

Heard a fun one the oher day from a friend who is "losing the faith" and wanting a less officiated style of racing - he says that (unfortunately) today, NHRA now stands for No Hot Rods Allowed.
