I purchased a completely rebuilt engine and trans. The engine is being installed now and I am having my manual transmission rebuilt. So I have a rebuilt 3 speed auto trans. All was done right with many NOS parts. Linkage is also included. The transmission is located in Southern California, prefer local pickup.

$1000.00 obo

Is a rebuilt torque converter included?

The trans is not here with me. I will call the mechanic in the morning. Sorry for the delay.

That seems like a very good deal for someone. Looks like I have sorted out my Fordo for now. Probably will change the valve body and shift detent/add modulator to get 3 speeds forward all the time. If the Mummert 272 cam is too rough and I can't tune it down to a reasonable idle, then a C4 conversion may be up next. Mummert has said using headers and MSD ignition with the new heads and cam should make it possible to use the Fordomatic.

Mark W ; If you don't get results here, might try an Ad with a T.Bird club or maybe the Crown Vic Association.
