I recently purchased a Y block damper with bolt on pulley on ebay for $145.00 plus shipping. I did not know there were two options in pulley/sheave width. Pre 1957 is 1/2" and 1957 and later is 3/8". Unfortunately, I needed the 3/8" version so am going to relist the 1/2" damper with bolt on pulley on ebay. Before I do that, I wanted to offer it here for exactly what I paid for it plus shipping. This combination includes the original pulley on the damper and an additional bolt on pulley so there is a total of two pulleys. Please let me know if you are interested.
