I am finishing my 292 and need a distributor, need a 57 or newer y block distributor. If you have an extra one please send me an email.

A quality rebuilt unit is about $50.00 if you call around to a couple of parts places.Ask for one for a 64 F100 pickup with 292(last year they were used in N.America).You will also need a later 57-74 cap and rotor as the pre 57 dont fit.

Thanks for the info. I went to O'Reillys and got one for $60. and it was an original FORD script distributor. Thanks again. A few more pieces and I can fire it up.
