i got one from Gene Benson at Flat-o who makes the conversion i've also seen them at Speedway Motors for $110

Hey Paul;;   Go with Gene at Flat-O-Matic,  the teeth on a 360/390 flexplate are different than the Y--  You will need the Y starter drive.  Hope this helps you not to mhave the problem that I had!!!   God Bless   Eddie
