Wanted - Intake Heater Control valve

Any one got an old heater control valve that goes in the intake manifold (mushroom type)? I am looking for one that may be leaking or doesn't work anymore but physically be in good condition (looks)

I hope you found what you needed.  I have checked all my sources with no luck.  If you still need one, let me know as I run into all kinds of Y-Block stuff every week.
