Didn’t see this post before I responded to the other in the Tech section but here’s some different information.  Isky offers an offset key and it’s listed as being 8°.  Part number is OFK-E8.  You’d have to ask them if that’s camshaft or crankshaft degrees.  I’ll take a stab in the dark and guess that it’s crankshaft degrees.
