One of my pistons has its rings stuck in the ring grooves and I can't get them out. Does anybody have a spare 292 +.040 piston they can sell to me? I have a set of Ford pistons with ECZ part numbers. The compression height seems to check out as standard compression height pistons.
I live in Boise, Idaho if that makes any difference.
I will buy it outright or trade a damper or P/S pulley or similar if that's helpful.
Thanks in advance.

Let me look this moring, I'm sure I have some used .040's. Tim put me on too a pretty good deal I think, Dennis Carpenter has NOS pistons for $100 a set. I just received a set of .060's and they look good. I think they are Badgers and were packed in 1976. But if you just want a used one, I'll send it to you. I'll let you know later today what I have.

If all you need is one, I have a broken set of used +.040 292 pistons that I could spare one or two. I will have to search for them but should know by tomorrow.

Paul, Pistons should be to you soon, they are FoMoCo pistons and don't have .040 stamped in the head but if you mic them you will see they are 3.789".
