I took a quick look at the account for HT32BSX115 and did not see anything out of the ordinary with it. That particular account name was last used about 3 yrs ago. I went ahead and performed a reset on that account just in case there was something going on that I missed. Someone did call me a week ago saying they could not get into their account and I asked them to send me an email so I could verify that their email matched the one used for log in purposes. I never did get that email so do not know if this was the same person or not.

Finally got everything working again!
I don't know why the password reset hasn't worked though. and I noticed that New User signup is also inop/disabled.
In anycase, after a 3-year hiatus,
I'm BACK and getting motivated to work on my 272 + E4OD combination again!!
