I am looking for a rebuildable complete power steering pump that fits the 1955 through early 1957 Thunderbird.  I have all the other part to complete the conversion.  you may call me at 909-633-8778

Check with CASCO, Prestige or Hills as they have used parts.

Thank you Paul.  Most of those suppliers want to sell you a rebuilt pump and charge $350 for the core.  Hills does sell a lot of used parts but they will not sell a pump.  Used parts from those suppliers can be VERY pricey.  What I am hoping is to find someone who wants to fix up their car with more modern steering and they I can negotiate a reasonable price for the old pump!

I have one that was on 57. Has been off for a couple of years.  I would like $150.00 plus shipping.
The issue is I am leaving today on  a cruise for 3 weeks. If you don't find a better deal let me know. If you are  in a hurry I could maybe find a friend to box up and ship. I should have Email communication.

Extremely sorry for the late reply. I am on a cruise, do not have cell phone right now. I will attempt to send a photo now. Maybe you have one by now. If you get this, still have an interest-please send me an email.http://forums.y-blocksforever.com/uploads/images/77020a58-6bc3-4a88-888a-b14a.jpg

That must be a late 57 pump.  The early pumps from mid 1955-1957 had the return line into the pump housing and did not have a tube out of the reservoir tank.  I appreciate the photos, but that on is not going to work.  I will get you a photo of a pump that I am talking about.  I do thank you for your time and effort.  Dan

PS, I hope you had a great cruise!

Had a great cruise but it is great to be back. Yes, it was from a 57, I did not know the difference.
Thanks for the info.
