I bought a lower pulley that's marked F104D 6.62D this sticks out further than my other pulleys (McCulloch Pulleys) any ideas what it fits?

I have never seen such a heavy duty aux./accessory pully like this. Might be for one of the large truck series with heavy duty power steering, air brakes or both????
