Ran across some Ford Remanufactored rocker assemblies. The box says B8QH6563AX, rockers have C3TE-6584-A. Have the nut type adjuster. Any one know what ratio these might be? Can't measure them.

Paul, I believe what you have are REMAN assemblies for a LYB HT 302-332 engine(s).
The third PN PREFIX CHARACTER Q (B8QH) indicates HEAVY TRUCK, in this instance LYB.
The third PN PREFIX CHARACTER T (B8TZ) indicates a FYB HEAVY TRUCK (292MD - HD).
I think I have the ratio(s) on another computer which is in ICU.

The C3 truck rockers are most likely 1.43 ratio
