Sometime back, I read of a fellow in North Carolina who manufactures the crossmembers on an individual basis, that is, one at a time for individual orders. One guy said he had one of them and it worked fine. My problem is that I have lost the name and phone number for him. His location was sort of in northeast N.C., not too far from Virginia. Does anyone know of this fellow or have his Ph. number or address? Thanks to all for your help on this and many other topics!

Goodall no longer makes the crossmember. I've heard someone else is going to start making them. But I have not seen any for sale yet. You might want to try some of the Ford groups on Facebook.

bigwindow, you are correct. Goodell Fabrications ceased operations over a year ago when the owner passed away.

If you are a member of the HAMB, check with the 52-59 Ford Social Group. If I remember correctly, there was some one on there making them.

Bamabob,
Are you in need of one? I think I bought a brand new one at an auction awhile back. It should be upstairs in my garage, if I remember correctly.
