If you already have a bumper, then those can be successfully restored.  I would think having an existing bumper restored would be more cost effective than hunting down a bumper that will potentially still have some issues.

I just received a pair of ’66 Fairlane bumpers back from a chrome shop in Fort Worth.  Both bumpers were rusty and the front one was bent when sent to them but both came back looking much better than new.  I used that particular Dallas shop as it came highly recommended by running buddies that had already used that shop for their own bumper repairs.  I had all the brackets powder coated at a local facility.
