I have a 1955 Victoria and the timing was off, after about 3 hours I was able to loosen the lock down bolt, I am having trouble trying to tighten the bolt. Is there a special wrench or technique to get to this bolt???? I don't know why they put the bolt in backside of the distributer. Thanks Jerry

these may give you some ideas.
I just got an old suitable socket and welded it onto some strap metal bent to shape. Doesn't look pretty but it works

Got this one from my son. VM-104. The one from my dad was like a “U” but squared off corners. I also have one somewhere that splits in the middle and can be clocked.

I use an universal socket the correct size or just a regular socket on an extension if I can get the right angle
