I've bypassed the kick down switch and have on/off toggle switch to energies the Overdrive.
Need HELP as to where the wires from the relay go to the governor and solenoid.
Right now, there is no + current going to these units,
A diagram of where the wires go would be helpful

Not for physical routing but a wiring schematic from Clasicarwiring.com  for about $20 is outstanding. It's in color with original codes and 11 x 17" laminated. worth it's weight in gold...Shows the location of your year  wiring connections with all options including power top, windows, and OD related switches and relays

hope you are aware that the kick down switch also shorts out the ign for seconds so the kick down is sophend, without this  you will break things

I'm aware of the momentary loss of ignition power.
By putting in the clutch when you shut of the OD, will help.
What I'm looking for right now is how to direct wire the system with
out going thru the kick down switch.
Does the red and white wire from the coil go direct to the solenoid ?
How do you get power to the governor and solenoid ?

If you have the original OD relay, there are three terminals on it. The fused wire goes to a hot feed, the output wire goes to the large wire on the solenoid, and the governor wire goes to the third terminal that grounds the relay coil in order to send current to the solenoid. There is no hot wire to the governor, the one wire from the governor is a ground when the car reaches the cut-in speed. If you are by-passing the kick down switch, take the governor wire directly to the governor terminal on the relay.
