1955 rear ash tray removal

Want to remove my rear ash tray in 55 Crown Vic. I taken tray cup out, but wondering what holds the door frame in place? Donut want to rect something getting it out but don’t see any clips or screws that might be holding. Tried pulling with a little pressure but does not budge. Anyone remove one before?

You need to take the panel out, they are fastened from the inside.

Thanks Lou. My Convert has the same Setup. Couldn't figure out how it came out. Now I know.
