Any other engines use the same flywheel bolt pattern as a Y block?

Not for mounting to the crank. The clutch pattern is shared with many others.

The 215, 223, and 262 Ford six cylinder engines shares the same flywheel crankshaft bolt pattern as the Ford Y-Block (239, 256, 272, 292, 312).
