I have just finished dismantling my fourth Y-block (In the process of rebuilding a B9AE for my ’55 Bird). Is there any need to keep old timing gears (I see they are available new.) pushrods (newer tubular is available) Fuel pumps, oil pumps…

Just about everything required to rebuild is available New.

Fuel pumps and oil pumps are rebuildable and, particularly if original, worth keeping.  If the oil pump is a gerotor pump, definitely keep it as they are no longer produced and are the better pump.
Pushrods are nothing special but, if they are in good condition, may be worth holding onto.  They are readily available new and can be ordered custom from a number of suppliers, even if they were not readily available
I'd probably hold onto timing gears because while there are currently a couple options, there aren't many.  If a manufacturer decides they no longer want to produce, then good used is infinitely better than nothing.
