Hi have an oil drip from the rear main seal on a F 100 y block 272 cui would like to know if there is anybody here in the panel as if seal could be replaced without taking engine and crank out

You can do it in a TBird, probably a sedan but may have the axle in the way with a F100. Check a truck shop manual, they may have the procedure to remove it..

If I remember correctly the trucks used a rear sump pan so axle clearance should not be a problem so yes the seal can be replaced in the vehicle.

Plenty of room in a truck, easy to remove the pan.

First time - If you haven't done one on a Ford Y- Block before, best link from here to Ted Eaton's Eaton Balancing site & go to his seal instalation page. A rear seal done wrong will likely be a worse leaker than you have now!.. Original factory seals aren't available usually, so one company that makes later ones is Best Seal..
