Are they currently available? Getting ready for a new build 1959 block, forged nitrided crank, y block blower manifold, 471 gmc blower in my 1930 Model A coupe. Should be fun!

You’ll have to call John and ask, unless someone here has talked to him recently.

The F code in my 32 is more fun than I can stand, a 4-71 in an A will be really something.

I may be wrong, but I was under the impression that the aluminum heads may have higher compression than you want for running a blower set-up on the street. On my blower motor I kept the compression low by using the 471 heads and relieving the block. I'm pretty sure my static compression is around 8.0.

You can run dished pistons.

When John first started producing the heads, I asked if there would be enough material in the combustion chamber to open them up for boosted applications.  I don't remember the answer and a lot could have changed with the casting between then and now.  Best to talk to him about it.
