Here is a link to much larger photos.  It looks too smooth and unrefined in the bed area so it is probably custom.  Can't find other pictures of the red one.

Yes, I saw one at a CVA meet in Ladner British Columbia (near Vancouver) about 2 yrs ago. I didn't study it closely but it was very well done..almost looked factory. I believe it was based on a wagon..

Might be easier to import a Mainline Utility from Australia and the do a L/H drive conversion

When I still lived in Mi. I'd run across that 1st yellow one at different shows. Nice car.

From my understanding you don't have to do a conversion in the U.S. We drive left hand cars over here all the time. Easy once you get use to it. Great for parallel parking.
