Cold Valve Lash Recommendation

My cam grinder recommends valve lash at .016 hot.  What would be a good starting place cold?  .020 be too much?  Thanks.

With iron heads, set the cold valve lash 0.001-0.002” looser than target.   With aluminum heads set the cold valve lash 0.005-0.006” tighter than target.

Thanks Ted.  I'll  start at about .018.
