Just maybe it's a twin turbo Y-Block. Someone on this site had one. Any way I have mention of Pikes Peak on my tee shirt.

1400hp Y-block without heating or block splitting problems...that I wanna see. 
I think with MEL-block its possible if it got more iron but Y...
Maybe it hold in one piece with crossbolted mains, some girdle and maybe block filled with concrete.
