Spent the day at the Ty Rods annual old timers meet in Lancaster, Ma. Saw Jim Ratta there with his all original 63 1/2 Ford.

Chuck.  Looked like a great event.  Thanks for sharing.

Nice! Car shows on grass with nice trees all around are so much better than sitting in a hot parking lot.

This was their 45th year. A lot of the original members are still active so the event is beyond organized. Not intrusive but managed to the t's. If your heading to New England in late August this is a super good one day event. I think they said its the first Sunday in September each year. Hope to see you there some day

We might check it out next year. My wife and I just got new(er) 2014 Harley Street Glides and are planning another cross country trip for next year. How far is Lancaster, MA from Newport ME I wonder? Would like to visit my old friends there.

Don't forget the Ty-Rods Stafford Springs, CT swap meet Oct 15, 2017. Their 44 year, one of the best swap meets in the Northeast:

Also the CSRA swap meet at Lake Compounce,

Lou;

Sounds like a GREAT time, but be a little late in the year for a cross country bike trip!

Hey Rono but on your long johns and hop on your bike. Stafford Springs is usually a good place to find bargains as the sellers don't want to take the part back home and store it for the winter.
They have a spring swap meet too , so you might want to think about that one.
