I have a '54 EBU 239 torn down. Motor was running, driving, but had a bad knock. Block is in good shape, everything was all stock. Comes with block, crank, heads (EBU), front sump pan, intake, timing cover. No water pump, exhaust manifolds, carb, distributor. 150.00. Located in Minnesota, just north of the Twin Cities. Can ship via Fastenal for reasonable cost.
