Correction it an American 56.
A friend in Australia asked me about wheel widths and offset for a 57 Ford sedan. Anybody?

Since you're not getting an answer, try over at the Ford Barn. More different wheels used there.
I only know about the 'birds, and I think the 57 car used a different front end set up, so I can't help there either.
