Where are you located?
Jon Kaase Racing Engines, in Winder, and Engine Systems, in Tucker, have built Y-blocks but they may be quite a drive depending on where you are. I have no personal experience with either shop.
Check locally. Any machine shop is equipped to do the work.

Thank you,Tucker is closer to me wanted to go with someone with experience the engine is original to the car and i want to deal with someone who cares.
