Larry.  Do you have a date in mind when this dragster gets tested?
By Larry Short - 7 Years Ago
Ted,
It,s around 8 degrees in Pa. with snow so no testing today! The pie crust slicks are from the 60s as is the frame. I'll replace the slicks with pie crust ones (want hard tires so they will spin not bite and wheel stand the car) I don't want to add the new bars to the cage that NHRA reguires so I will be taking it to some small tracks around home that will let me run it. Hopeing to take it to the Meltdown Drags and run it there. Or I could ship it down to you for testing, got to be warmer there!

Larry.  No warmth here.  It's almost as cool here as it is in your neck of the woods.  No snow here though.

95F today and we had 108F Wednesday before Christmas. Nice looking rig. Reminds me of the picks I would see in the old Hotrod magazines.

It's -1 this morning in Pa. Thanks, I tried to keep everything like it would have been in 1958. It only weighs around 1500 lb. I'm guessing. hopeful it will go straight and fast . Larry

Straight and fast is good.
