On my 292 I noticed on this install that I couldn't really see a cam rod or something of the likes the the arm of the fuel pump to go under. I read that when installing to make sure the arm goes under ( or is it over ) a cam rod? Just want to make sure I am installing right before I bolt everything down. Would the pump even work at all if i somehow install it wrong? Thanks guys

There is no rod.  There is an eccentric.  Depending on the orientation of that eccentric, you may or may not feel it.  It goes under the eccentric.  If you're not careful, you might get the arm in front of the eccentric but I don't think it is possible to get it over.

You should be able to see it with a mirror.  It's mounted on the cam, just in front of the cam gear.
